Excellent customer service and facilities
A fuel pump of LS 500 was replaced yesterday per recall. I put it my garage after come back. Two hours later, I have been feeling strong fuel smell in the garage. I am anxious that fuel leak is happening.
I have called Scott twice yesterday and left message to call back.
But no response.

Laura always is so courteous and friendly, and she is very thorough. She regularly communicates with the customers with updates, changes and or issues, and explains everything in detail, and responds to questions with research and direction. She coordinated multiple recalls in one service and took care of a couple of extra details that needed attention, making sure she checked all available options at our use...all the time making sure that we were not inconvenienced! Great personality and Great work ethic!

This was my very first appointment with the service department at Lexus of Akron Canton. I wanted to get to know the service staff as your dealership is closer to my home then Metro Lexus. Metro Lexus and their staff were 5-star excellent and treated me like a queen.
When I first arrived at the service department, I was greeted by handsome and friendly, Norm. He loves working for Lexus and told me it was a great company. It was so reassuring to hear because I am brand new to Lexus.
When I first arrived for my 2:00pm appointment on 8/27/20, there was a loud discussion going on between a disgruntled customer and Marty Richards.
When it was my turn to step up to the counter, I apologized to Marty and asked him if he was in trouble. He said, “No it’s just another day in the service department.” Well, that wasn’t so reassuring but I gave Marty the benefit of the doubt and just thought he must be new and still learning his job or just not having a good day.
Marty told me I was not on the schedule and that Escobar did not need an oil change because Metro had done it in January of this year. Then I told him Nick had informed me that recall parts were in so I scheduled an appointment with Karen. Again telling me I wasn’t on the schedule. After informing Marty I received two text confirmations of my scheduled appointment, he continued to give me the impression I was not going to be able to leave my white, 350-F-Sport (Escobar) for service.
Marty finally requested the help he needed from a supervisor(?) and said he would get the papers and keys to my loaner car.
Marty would benefit himself and the service department to improve his professionalism, people skills and his customer service.
Considering my entire first time experience, the rest of the service staff, Karen, Norm, Nick, and including sales staff, Randy, Peter, Mark, and Tammy, . . 5 star excellent!!
Again, I appreciate all who went the extra mile to retrieve my IPhone from my loaner car after hours!!! So totally grateful for those who worked late on Saturday and were determined to make my phone available to me.
