I could not have been more satisfied with the treatment my wife and I experienced today at the Lexus dealership for recall work on our vehicle. Laura and the gentleman operating the garage door were extremely kind, professional, helpful, cheerful, and informative. It was a great experience and Lexus should be quite pleased with the way this service department is being run and represented.
