Inconsistency over past services with amount of oil added during oil changes. For first 2-3 services car was listed as a RC 350 but I drive a 200t. Was quoted a year ago for spark plugs costing $250 to have them replaced. Quoted this time for $675 for spark plugs for the 60k service. Easily replaced for next to nothing I understand dealership service costs more. Last service I wanted tires rotated and the guy said they didn’t do it because the wheels are staggered. The 200 has 18in rims all the way around. Kinda wonder if the service department really knows the vehicles like enthusiasts do.
Nothing against Nikolas he did his job but overall the service side could pay better attention to detail.

The job seemed to be done just fine, an oil change, tire rotation, and air filter change in one hour. But $275.00? I understand overhead but who is on your payroll, a Saudi Prince?
Scott went above and beyond my expectations to rectify a situation I had with my vehicle and took the time to show me how to work my rear window mister instead of just telling me how to do it. The service department is excellent.
