In 20/20 hindsight we should have done the evaluation using my wife’s phone. Nicholas did a great job of keeping us informed of progress, was patient and attentive, and committed the time to solve the issue.
The service was fine, but the loaner was dirty.

I was never told by the person scheduling or by the valet driver that my car would not be returned the same day. I have always had the car returned the same day and somebody should have been upfront so I knew. I had items in the car that I had to have and I would have removed if I knew. Instead I had to drive up to get it and I felt your personnel were rude and not understanding of the situation. Basically it was everyone else’s fault.
Quick, respectful, intelligent - every Lexus person I encountered. Most professional, and I very much appreciated that.

Nick did a great job, even offering to check a possible fault in my vehicle that I had been told by a tech at an earlier service appointment to ignore. Sure enough, fault was found; the vehicle was brought up to spec, and all is now well. Thank you!
Marty was great. He was very helpful and efficient.
I must say that every tine I have had to have my car in for service, it is a minimum of 3 phone calls - this time it took 5 calls. I never received a return call after leaving multiple messages. I finally called in thru the sales Dept and explained that I was trying to make a service appointment but no one returned my call.
Once I was at the dealership, Marty was terrific but it was irritating trying to set the appointment.
Thanks for giving me better understanding of the work that is needed. I’m at the conclusion that it’s time to consider upgrading. My car is 19 years old. It’s time.
