He failed to notify me that my vehicle was ready for pickup. I was onsite in waiting area. Service Department closed and went home. The text Nicholas sent me at 3:00 said I hadn’t been forgotten and that he would keep me updated about my vehicle... I was left searching for someone to explain things. One of the sales people there apologized and said he was “texting the Service Manager and advised me to just take the loaner car home until Monday.” So I did. I never did hear from the manager... Nicholas apologized when we spoke by phone on Tuesday.
Finally Tuesday morning my car was returned. Nicholas apologized.

The detail service could have been better. Small paint chips could have been touched up. The service representative did not know the details of the questions i asked him.

This experience was a DRASTIC IMPROVEMENT OVER MY LADT VISIT.

I brought my car in after I experienced what I thought was a lack of fuel problem. Neither I or the dealership could replicate the problem. I was told there was an issue with the alternator and the battery was not charging. I was also told I needed new timing belt,water pump,ball joints and replace the external fuel filter. The repair was $3000.00 I chose not to gave the repairs performed because I thought the cost was excessive and it wasn’t directly addressing the original problem. I came home and checked the battery it was 12.48 V and with the car running the voltage at the battery was 13.74
Mistakes can be made and intermittent problems are tough but when I was told the alternator was the issue I lost confidence and thankfully had enough sense to double check the alternator and battery . The people I interacted with were polite and courteous
I was treated like “a guest” Very happy with my purchase there and the excellent first experience with service!
No problems from being greeted by a service tech to leaving with a fully serviced newly washed Lexus.
