Service on phone was awful. Must have phoned Lexus 10 times in an hour-4-5pm. No replies, no info. Finally I demanded that car be returned. I was told that it had not been detailed- I said I do not care. What were they doing with the car all that time? I have never had a bad experience with Lexus like this. Scott did not help the problem!

How the hesitation issue with my car was handled was COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!! Please call me at ****-****-xxxx. The service person was a gentleman but the resolution to the matter was ridiculous!!!
