Great service, as always. (Would have been nicer if they would have brought it back with more than 1/8 tank of gas at the current prices of gas. But that has nothing to do with the excellent service and attention we received.
My car went in on Monday for service. I told him I need my car back on Tuesday. I have not received my car back yet and there has been no communication on when I will be receiving it back.
Bob was great! Which includes entire staff as well.
He was very efficient and professional. Kept me informed concerning the status of my car. Very impressed. Once the renovations to the property are completed, it will be even more impressive.
My service experience was very pleasant. I appreciate the loaner car, my new tires make my car drive like a dream, and the detail work is superb!! One question- my monitor is foggy. Did they put something in it and forget to wipe it off?

I was not informed that if I scheduled my valet service on a Friday that my vehicle would be gone for entire weekend which was disappointing. Then upon delivery, my car was not washed or even vacuumed out. Was told because of bike rack on the car but that’s easily removable and can get past that but was also told it would be vacuumed out and it wasn’t.
I do appreciate the valet service but would prefer better communications on expectations of the service. Thank you!
