The modular guest room during remodeling exceeded expectations.
Very unorganized. Was not notified about the construction.
1) I had an email from your location asking me to show it to the counter for an additional discount. I showed it to Nick. He said it is not meant for routine maintenance. FYI, no where in the email that is indicated.
2) He did not tell me before doing the maintenance what are the things included in 15K maintenance. He did not ask me whether I am willing to change the wipers or battery of car key for which I was additionally charged.
3) He neither told me before servicing nor when returning that the car washing is not working. When I took the car back seeing its dirty I asked him and then only he said that it is not working. He should have informed me earlier by himself and not when asked only.
4) When I told him it’s a very poor service that I have received and I will report it, instead of saying “sorry”, he said “thank you”.
FYI: I drove from East side of Cleveland all the way expecting a better service in spite of having a service location close to my house at Willoughby. One of the reasons was earlier I was impressed by Marty’s professionalism.

One MAJOR concern here and I request that the general manager contact me:
I received a loaner agreement in person. And then, I received TWO more emails with the same agreement attached as a PDF.
I’m extremely upset receiving this document over a nonsecure network. The loaner this agreement contains so much Personally Identifying Information (PII) about me such as:
1. My address
2. My birthdate
3. My Drivers License Number
4. My Phone number
5. My Insurance Carrier
6. My Vehicle VIN
etc…
I recently retired with a TOP SECRET-SCI level security clearance with great understanding and awareness of cyber threats utilizing PII found on the WEB. I strongly discourage the dealership from engaging in this practice as it puts their customers at risk of being compromised. I understand this wasn’t the dealership’s intent!
