Nikolas was great. However the detail service was disappointing. I could have gotten better service outside. Many spots that show they haven’t done the basic cleaning by using vacuum or towel.

Where do I begin, I received a quote for over 5K worth of work on a car that’s close 7 yrs old. Lexus quality in vehicles is continuing to erode in my opinion. I purchased tires in 2021 that do not have 60K miles on them from your dealership and I am being told that you recommend replacing now. You itemized every repair being made, however when it came time break out the cost of spark plugs and labor chrgs I was told you cannot provide a cost), extremely unacceptable. Finally, when it came time to pay for services rendered for my vechicle my baby set a card usage limit on it that I could only use up to 1k, vs the full service will of $1204.93, I was told it would be 3k, but that only held true through noon, your service department took the maximum, I made a request to pay the remaining balance by phone in the morning, and was told no. That’s fair to a fault, as I see it I have been a loyal patron for more 8 yrs. All repairs have been by your dealership and to experience no leniency or good faith is abhorrent! Not to mentioned that my car wasn’t washed when I picked it up, has made me reconsider using your services in the future, or staying with the Lexus brand.

I have extra floor mat on the driver side. I understand it is not recommended by the Lexus, but do you have to take that mat and throw it on the back seat where all the debris are scattered everywhere? you could have simply put it on the outside of vehicle while you are working. After work is done, you could have us do whatever we want. This happens every time I take the vehicle to dealership for something.

Did not receive the paint for my repair after being told more than 5 times on three different repairs that I would receive it. Still waiting on my base pain and top coat as promised. Rest of service was fine but even though I have reminded and promised I would receive it. I had confirmed mailing address on numerous occasions and now am being told it was sent to my other home.
