I had purchased 3 Lexus vehicles in the last 25 years. I bought them through David Ludwick. He was very personable and a great person. No longer feeling that. I am all about that experience. Just not the same quality. The manager went out to value my car and never said anything to me!!! When my Mom serviced her car the woman that helped her made a personal connection with her and treated her so nice. Wish we could go back to those days.

Original purchase was confusing with repeatedly changing dates of when car would be available at the dealership for pickup. More recently, experienced very poor communication to arrange dropoff & pickup of my car to get 2nd key fob programmed and winter tires installed. It is clear that the staff at your dealership doesn’t communicate well with each other. Had multiple calls to myself (Jock Buta), my assistant (Tammy Sebastian) and my wife (Susan Buta) to arrange dropoff time and location, yet still delivered to wrong place (my office at Butech, Inc) instead of my home where my wife was. Had similar number calls and communication to deliver car back to me. Please contact my assistant, Tammy Sebastian) at ****-****-xxxx to get details. Our consensus is to avoid having to deal with your dealership.
