Roger is not a very good rep really Cody is the best. Roger didn’t tell me anything about enlightenment. I absolutely would’ve paid $150 for that. I don’t wanna mess my new tires up and really I had 1 day to do this. He’s also just not very great sitting on his phone and just not ready to help me correctly in my opinion. Also they lost my car Key cause the number on the paperwork was incorrect. Thanks and shoutout to Cody for finding it instantly out of 5+ people.
Tim takes the time to explain things to me. I will get frustrated if all that was available would be computer communication. Please remember that us old people have limited skills in that area.

Wait was longer than usual, and when on freeway notice steering wheel was having chiming and had to take it to discount tire to fix , waisted all my day between Toyota and discount tire made for a very frustrating day
JR is excellent and I am completely satisfied with him and the treatment I received from him.
I did have to wait at the stand for someone to show and retrieve my vehicle. And once they did show there was no sense of urgency nor were they particularly friendly.
Orlando always finds the time to squeeze me in for all my vehicle maintenance. Kudos to Orlando, he is courteous and professional!
