Cody walked me through the issues with the Rav and the options. Was patient with me and my questions.
I am happy with the maintenance service provided by Cody.
However, when I was waiting for my car to be ready to pick up, some guy from used car sell department called Renado kept calling and texting me asking to buy my car. I told him I am not thinking of trading my car yet but he kept saying he will give me a good deal. I came by and he stated selling me the new cars and I said give an appraisal of my car and I am not interested in buying new cars if the appraisal is not something I like. He then brought his manager in and the guy started to force me to see new cars and test driving. He wouldn't give me an honest price of my used car. He was very rude and even intimidating to me. I left and will not come back to sells department again!

We knew beforehand what would happen with our vehicle. It was done within the promised amount of time and the vehicle is clean and in very good shape. I'm very happy with the service that we got.

What can I say after all these years other than David continues the great service and attitude that keep us coming back to Right Toyota for maintenance and purchases of new vehicles.
There were a number of problems getting parts for recalls. When I called in December to schedule 2 recalls, I was also scheduled for an oil change, when I had asked to have my breaks checked.
I had to call and track getting the parts for doing the recalls myself otherwise I would have driven in and been sent home.
I rescheduled this service multiple times
I was called once for a no-show after I had canceled that visit because I had called and found that parts were not in. I addressed these problems with Kris Cruz, who was very good to work with, and who told that she was recently hired and is working with senior management to improve your process. I was given a free loan vehicle for the appointment and the parts for one the recalls still weren't in and kept the loan car another day. This cost your company extra overhead and is frustrating for customers.
The advisor Roger was excellent to work with as well as all of the other people. I am very pleased with the quality of the work done on my Rav4.
There is a very serious problems with communication between departments and processes that need to be corrected.
