Nathan provided great customer service too. He drove me to my home and back with the shuttle. Very friendly and provided great customer service.
Tim was awesome, but I waited 6 hours at the dealership for an oil change and a quick reset to the system so the rear camera detection capability could work again when I made an appointment. 6 hours is a long wait, especially when Thursdays are my only day off.
I appreciate the job Toyota does on my Toyota. Thank you.

Service was great. However I was surprised and taken aback that there was a 2.5 hour wait time even though I booked an appointment. I’ve never been to a shop/dealership where the appointment was solely for check-in.
Michael was very helpful and thorough with reviewing service history and ensuring my car was up to date on maintenance schedule.
After waiting 3hours and 15 minutes I was then shown what extra work my car needed and at that time I didn’t have any additional time to wait to have more things done. Routine and pre scheduled oils change should NOT take 3+ hours!!!

David was good, but waiting 2 hours for an oil change is just too long.
Still have a lurching problem when releasing the brake that feels like the car has been bumped from behind. The computer says there’s no problem but I think a real person would actually find that there is a problem. Bringing the Land Cruiser back in.

Rep advised about 90 minutes for check up, then more time for a diagnostic tech to perform Additional work. After 3 hours I heard nothing so I went into find rep who was at lunch. A co worker assisted me and told me I was 4th in line for the diagnostic review.. unfortunately I did not have another few hours to sit in the waiting area and decided I will return another time. I was denied a free rental even though car still under warranty.
