Please contact me. I can get over the scheduling miscommunication, pricing miscommunication, wait time, and my new reminder sticker being wrong. What I cannot get over is the fact my air filter box was left in clipped and not secured after the service was complete. I am completely shocked and disappointed at just how awful my experience was. This was my first time getting service at Right Toyota, and I will continue to drive further to a more trustworthy and quality Toyota service center.
I wasn't contacted regarding the status of my vehicle. I dropped it off at 8AM and zero contact after that. When I called at 5pm I was told my supervisor couldn't be found, but my truck was ready.. top notch bro
