Matthew helped explain to the mechanic the miss communication with the appointment set and by the person who set it. I originally stated that I would wait for my vehicle but the appointment maker set it to be dropped off with an appointment time if 3:30. When I came to my appointment Matthew was confirming that I'm just dropping since it's 3:30 and shop closed at 4.i stated that I requested same day service and will wait for the vehicle. He said he would need to check with the mechanic. I am very thankful for the above and beyond with the mechanic did to stay longer to complete the work. Please give him my regards! And for Matthew communicating with him for me
