I have to come back a third time. First time to change the battery and check low tire pressure indicator. Battery replaced and had to order the low tire pressure sensor. 2nd time to install the low tire pressure sensor. They forgot to check all of the sensors and found a second one was bad. Had to order it so now a third time.Could have taken care of both in the hour of shop time if it had been checked in the first visit. I just had the new.tires put on in October. Never had a problem before.
I never heard back from her regarding replacing the bulb on my car. She has not answered my messages either. I paid for a certified car that came with a non-working passenger head-light. Very disappointed with the service I received and because of this I will be canceling all the warranties, etc that I paid for as I cannot trust Gregg Young dealerships to do the right thing.

Payne was very courteous and addressed my problem promptly. My engine light came on while driving home from work and I stopped into make certain it was safe to drive and Payne squeezed me into the schedule to provide a diagnostic test and scheduled me an appointment for repair. Very impressed with the profiency and speed to fix the problem. Everyone was very nice and I appreciated the driver who took me home to my residence so I didn't have wait in the lobby during the repair. Thank you for all of your hard work
Eric was amazing at helping us figure out how to work out a couple of things on the car like remote start and CarPlay. He set up an appointment for fixing a wire harness which was completed today. I’m really happy with the service we received at Gregg Young from sales and finance to customer service. I’m a former Vaughn Automotive customer, but I’m definitely happier with your service from start to finish.
