I was scheduled to have an oil change on March 4 but I had a Drs appt that I didn't want to miss scheduled for me on the same day that I couldn't postpone.I called to reschedule for March 5 and later on that day Amber Ramos called and asked me if I could come between 3:30pm and 4:00pm they had a cancellation. I can't say enough good about Amber and the service department. I totally appreciate all of you!
I was fully satisfied except for the price. I know there's part MSRP and online/walk-in price. The key/fob prices seemed bloated, too, and I shopped around. I came back to Gregg Young to support local. My wife was very happy with how she was treated, and I appreciate that more than anything. I like how thorough Amber and Jeff were on making sure I got the correct parts I requested. That's good service. Thank you.
I was contacted one person to make my appointment and set it all up. Everything was set. Then Friday I gotta call from another person about not using my oil changes and if I would like to set up an appointment. I was then confused because I already had all this setup. She apologized and that was that. Monday I get a call from a tech and he talked about the job he was doing on my truck. Tuesday I get a call from a different person saying that I had an appointment and that she thought I might've missed it. My question is does anybody at your dealership communicate with each other?? This is a little ridiculous as how so many people under the same roof have absolutely no idea what is going on within the business. This will be the last time I take my truck to the ottumwa location. Thank you for the fix and the oil change but I will take my business elsewhere
