If an oil change is scheduled for an hour then they shouldn't have the vehicle up in the air for an hour and 15 or 20 minutes. It should have been done and ready to go out the door in an hour.
Job completed in a timely manner and there were no grease spots inside vehicle to contend with.

Good job Payne. But our concern is the reliability of this van. There has been a list of things that were wrong. 1st - one tech said acorns were found and the wiring was chewed up. 2nd - the ground was not connected and that was the cause of not all cylinders working. 3rd - engine light coming on was caused by " dirty oil" ?that reset some codes. We will drive the van and pray that we BOTH will be satisfied. Thanks for listening
I would rather have had ford oil and filter I have always used ford products in my fords over the years

Payne Adkins was kind personable and professional. My truck was fixed in a time frame that was reasonable although I thought $784 was about 20% too expensive. If the problem is permanently fixed I will be satisfied.
