Everything was great but someone left dirty tracks on the drivers side floor and door sill. I can vacuum the carpet and wipe off the door sill but wish I didn’t have to
Amber goes above and beyond in explaining and assuring understanding of service provided. I appreciate her helpfulness and assurance of understanding. Rick, also is an excellent provider/technican and I have received his services since 1984, what more can I say, obviously excellent service!

I felt Amber was short and snappy with me at first. However after I dropped jeep off and talked to Clay and Dan She had a different attitude. Out come was to my satisfaction thx to these two guys, Clay and Dan.

The safety checklist was not completed accurately for the 2nd time in a row. My horn does not work which was checked off as green in two consecutive visits. I discussed this both times with Amber and she was very apologetic. She is always wonderful to work with. I have concerns about the technicians work ethic and quality of work. Amber shared it was 2 different technicians which is even more concerning. Are they checking other boxes green without actually testing/checking? I also noticed after I returned home that my wiper fluid was never filled which was disappointing for a $100 service appointment.
