My car still messed up. I didn't have a coolant leak when I brought the car to your shop and my ac is still not working properly. How can we make this right. I am very disappointed. I am having very emotional distress and to me I am suffering a total lost. I am very disappointed with your service and dealing of customer service.
None of my fluids were filled up with my oil change even though it was mentioned in the video that they were low. I reached out day of and asked about it and haven't been answered or reached out to. Other than that everything was good. Employees were very nice and friendly. But I couldn't say 100 % satisfied

Marty-Ann checked me in quickly with a few simple questions and even covered my steering wheel & seat when being serviced as I have lighter interior in my vehicle.

upon arrival I felt rushed , it almost seems like they weren’t willing to help me. i wasted an hour there trying to prove i had a warranty i feel like they could’ve looked it up? she had ordered the tire & then the next day had to take pictures for the claim to even start. so again i had to go back. was told the tire would be there that following monday it was not. we had to go BACK to get another picture with proof it was flat. i get that’s not her fault thats insurance but did she not know to take all the pictures at once ? after that monday the tire still did not come it took a week n half. then calls friday says its here but might not be able to assemble it. it eventually worked out but a week n half for all that was crazy. marty ann was sweet in the end but started with an attitude again felt rushed out not willing to assist me and assumed i didn’t have a warranty.

First off after the conputer recall the next day the vehicle had every system light for the brake system lit up. The Tucson has only 12k miles. Sort of ridiculous, but soon we will find out what is going on.
Aaron always does a great job. "Taking it to the dealership" doesn't have a negative connotation in our household. Mack Grubbs has always been good to us.
