We called to make appointment in advanced . Our appointment was at 8:45 am. We dropped the car off the night before and put the key in the drop box.it ended up the car was not d one til 4:40 pm. They told us at first the car would be done at 10:00am

I was just irritated that I was supposed to get my running boards put on and after I was there awhile they realized they were not the right size that was ordered. I work till 4am so for me to get there on no sleep hardly and then told it was a wasted Trip just stinks.

Time is a priority. When you make an appointment for an oil change it should take at most 45 mins not 2 hours.
