One of the worst experiences I have ever had. Went there for regular servicing and found a leakage in the tire which was covered by the service warranty on the first day. They took all the details and asked us to book another appointment. We came the next day and they charged for it and kept us waiting for almost 3 hours to resolve the issue. Whereas it should have been taken care before as they had all the details. Frustrating experience.

Mark goes above and beyond to communicate with customers not only about services and options, but also about schedule timing to make customers lives easier. There is a Toyota dealership closer to where I live but I will continue to drive the extra miles because of the trust Mark has established with our family.

The team was very polite and answered all questions. Compared to some other dealers I have used, I did not receive any email or text appointment reminders. Not bad just different. Also the mechanic that rotated my tires wrote the tire sides on the exterior sidewalls of each tire the in yellow and did not remove it when done.Minor but unsightly. I've never had a mechanic write this on the exterior of a tire and leave it there. Usually on inward side. Also Would it be possible to receive any oil change coupons? Overall pleased with the service and would use again just minor things to bring up. Good job and hustle to the ladies working that day at the service counter.

It did take an hour and a half for an oil change and tire rotation with an appointment. I’m sure Fridays get busy but when I made the appointment a week earlier, the day was wide open. That’s why I make appointments. I do feel the inspection and service is thorough and professional, not rushed and compromised. I resent when walk-ins get priority and rewarded for it.
