Serena was fantastic, professional, and very able to handle my situation BUT when I picked up my car after paying nearly $600 for the repair, the air bag light, which was the issue I had, was still on. This is very disappointing and now I have to return to find out why. How can the car be returned to me when the light is still on?!?!??

This Young Lady is a credit to your Company. If it wasn't for Employees like her I would never come to Jim Shorkey Kia. If your customer service cared about customers you would offer a bottle of water and coffee. The machine is so busy with Employees getting theirs. Kimmi is very good!!!

Kimmi and team have been wonderful to work with since I bought my car in 2024! They have provided great customer service - quick, friendly, and effective. They were diligent in diagnosing a problem I had noticed since purchasing my Sportage, and I am very appreciative of them going above and beyond to rectify the situation. I would highly recommend their team!

I always have a good experience with the service reps at Kia Wexford! The only downside this time is I waited about 2 1/2 hours from my vehicle which seemed long compared to prior visits but was probably the result of having a 2 PM appointment vs one earlier in the day. either way, I didn’t mind because I brought a book to entertain myself and I know they were busy.
