This was a brand new car we just bought a few days ago and it was out of alignment. We. Fought in for repair and were charged 169.99 for the repair. This is unacceptable. I am giving them one more chance I have a call in to the dealer hopefully get return call tomorrow

You ran a diagnostic test when we specially told you NOT to and then charged me for it! We did not authorize it and am EXTREMELY disappointed with the way the entire situation was handled. We had all intentions of purchasing a new KIA Sportage from Jim Shorkey but after this stunt, I will take my business elsewhere.
