This is the second time I’ve been out there that my tires were not rotated. I knew I should’ve looked before I left. The reason I know they were not rotated was because one tire has a different cap on it because it has a plug in it and one of the rims has a big chip in it and they’re both in the same location on the car that they were when I went there. I’m getting really tired of paying for services I’m not receiving. How can I be sure that my oil was really changed at this point? The sticker was removed but a new one wasn’t put on.
My issue was quickly and perfectly resolved. Staff went above and beyond to get things fixed
