Trent and Steve were great, we’ve been very pleased with the service we’ve gotten from Auto Haus Service Department (strikingly different than the hostile treatment we received from the sales manager) Xavier won us over with great service before passing the torch on to Steve and Trent.
Any and every time I get serviced at Autohouse Steven Kendrick personally makes the experience easier, because faceit who really likes coming out of their pockets having to fix anything let alone a vehicle that it being only 2 years old needs something done to it. But I never really leave the same way I come in. I’m almost always happier.
Great consultation. Passionate about my cars brand being an owner as well. Understood possible issues having had the same code. Set up a loaner. Good communication throughout the process. I would come back as alternative to the dealer.

I'm surprised no one called me after I left message about the lights still coming on dash. I spent a buttload of money to have this light go out. I did do a great comment/referral letter for autohouse. No negativity. Again, I would have loved to have had steven call me to see if they could figure out why the light still comes on...and the smell of burning oil on this car is disgusting...other than that im good.

The technician changed my settings on my vehicle so I can’t check my mileage. I can’t seem to find it. I’m not happy about that. I realize he needs to reset things but why don’t they leave it like it was. Not helpful for me. Gloria H
