My experience has been horrible and it does not seem like anyone there cares. The last comment I left was completely ignored and my car still isn't completely fixed after being at your shop for a total of 13 days.

While very friendly.. there was no communication from the service agent. He never verified my name only a phone number after we asked what number he was going to contact. No name was given at the initial check in. Travis was very polite and offered his assistance if needed in the future but only gave his name when I asked for it. He states he would follow up about our windshield.. we will have to see how that follow up process concluds. Also, I received no communication about our service and its process until we showed up after the promised time.

Xavier is one of those individuals that gives excellent customer service every single time. His dedication to his clients to his clients far surpasses anything I’ve ever encountered. They say customer service is hard to find nowadays because people don’t want to work hard or help anyone. Well, all of these people need to take lessons from Xavier, because he got the right attitude, the expertise, and the regard for his clients.. I always know I’m in good hands when I take my car to him. Auto house is lucky to have an employee like him.

Commutation is very poor. Was told my truck would be done on a Monday morning. Showed up and it was still torn apart. A simple text on Saturday would have eliminated me scheduling to be dropped off and not have my truck on a busy Monday morning. It took 4 days to get the approval from the warranty department! Still didn’t get everything that was wrong with it.
