Service was good overall. However the day after leaving my car overnight to wait for part to be delivered I didn’t get any updates on the status until I reached out in the early afternoon. I originally sent a text late in the morning but didn’t get any reply and eventually had to call the shop. In the future I would expect to get a reply to my text or ideally someone would have given me an update before I had to reach out.
