Mariah provided the best experience to date. We had a few bad experiences on previous visits and this visit restored our trust into the dealership. Mariah was top notch and the best service experience I have ever had. One of the service managers greeted me and was very welcoming, making the experience great, I did not catch his name but he was bald like me. In addition, while I was waiting for service I looked around at vehicles, again this was the best experience I have ever had at this dealership or any other in my life to include breakaway! No one bothered me at all!!! I appreciate this behavior and again brings my trust back to Fred Anderson Honda. Thanks again, Jim.

Besides those issues, I will continue visiting Fred Anderson Honda for my vehicles servce.
I was told that the service would take approximately one hour maybe an hour and a half. After waiting two hours, I checked with a service manager, only to find that my car was available much sooner. It seems the service assistant that checked me in was not at her station when the paperwork came in to her desk. Being my first time with Honda service I was impressed with the attention checking in and the facility itself. Unfortunately the visit was not 100%. Otherwise, everything was well done.
