Eric is a very skilled Service Associate. He did a thorough job at explaining the service before and after my vehicle was worked on. He asked me how I was doing and took the time to ask me about my plans for the day. Sometimes when you work with people in customer facing roles they can make you feel like you are wasting their time but Eric was the example of quality and service you should expect. I really hope you guys fairly compensate him because not only did he display great skill in client service he also displayed great attention to detail and I trusted him with my vehicle.
