It is important for me to not feel pressure to do any additional work. In my opinion, the extended warranty options I paid added dearly to the cost of this vehicle. I just needed an oil change. Mariah and team exceeded this concern and did a great job! The team found a nail in my tire, bc money is tight and the nail was in the middle of the tread, I felt it better to get a patch and declined the replacement. I then went to Discount Tire where I was told I needed all four tires replaced. It made me very sad to know that in this day and age, women are still being taken advantage of. I tell you this, because that is not what your service department did. They told me, one tire is in need of repair. With that said, I thank you. I know I can trust you NOT to take advantage of me. My car was there for inspection they told me first it’s a speed sensor replaced still the same code charged 165$ still the same code brought it back the told me it’s spark plugs and ignition coils charged again 165 still the same code will bring it back again on Monday.
