Nick was great, very helpful in finding me the best solutions for my maintenance needs. Very personable and a joy to work with. I will say my tire pressure light did come on after I left the service center so I found that weird but everything else was great.
Upon arrival we were promptly greeted and assisted by Brian Heisler. I was impressed with the video inspection texted to my phone. Brian followed up the text with a personal appearance in the waiting area. I appreciated Brian's thoughtfulness in addressing maintenance options that could be grouped together at a later and more logical time as this appointment was specifically intended for a recall issue and service was not yet due.
Luke did an excellent job helping me today! I had multiple service requests completed in the same day with minimal time taken to complete both requests.
