I had one of the worst experiences at your facility. I brought my car to the dealership that I purchased it at after an oil change that caused my car to go into limp mode. From the first interaction I received nothing but lies and deception. I was told my cars engine was filled with sludge. I was told the engine of my 2020 Honda Accord was possibly going to be possibly condemned. I was quoted $3,700.00 and that was just the beginning. This recommendation was not guaranteed to fix the “problem.” I went and reset the battery after the new oil filter was put in and magically it never threw another code. Then when I requested that a 100k mile maintenance be completed, I was once again threatened that my engine may be condemned when it was opened, if sludge was found. I Informed Theodore that I would not replace my engine. And to his surprise there was no evidence of sludge. Then when I went to pick up my car, Theodore told me that him and the guys in the back had a bet on how soon it would be before my car was back in there. That was one of the most unprofessional comments I have ever heard. It certainly does not make me feel confident in your service team. Did they do something that would cause my car to return? His comment was pathetic and absurd. I will never return to your facility. I feel that your facility was trying to take advantage of a lady and advised me to spend a lot of unnecessary money. I have never felt this way before after leaving my car at a dealership. Also, knowing that Theodore is the Assistant Service Manager, how many other people has this happen too?

Throughout both drop off and pickup interactions, the employee frequently complained about how overwhelmed and busy he was, emphasizing that he was drowning in work and juggling too many responsibilities. While I understand that workplaces can be demanding, repeatedly expressing this to customers creates an uncomfortable experience.
Additionally, I was guilt-tripped multiple times for not routinely servicing my vehicle elsewhere and not at the dealership. I live an hour and a half away, so using this location regularly is simply not practical. Rather than feeling encouraged to return, these comments felt unnecessary and off-putting.
Repeated complaints about workload combined with guilt-inducing remarks made me leave feeling frustrated and had the opposite effect of making me want to return here for service.
