Car needed to stay overnight to finish the repair in the morning. We were told it would be ready by 8 AM but would receive a call. At 8:30 we called after not hearing anything and they said they’d call us back shortly but two hours later, we hadn’t heard anything and had to call back. It was finally ready by about 11.

I came in with an electrical issue that could have been difficult to solve. I’m pretty sure that it was diagnosed and fixed quickly and for the cost of an hour of tech time.

Hannah was very nice. This was my 1st service for 2025 Pilot. Oil change, Differential oil change , tire rotation. Also a diagnostic on right sided blind spot detectors.The work was done correctly but took 3 hours to preform. I was initially told 1.5 hrs. This length of time seems very excessive.Quality of work excellent time to execute said work not so much
