Lance simply could not have been more professional in our interactions. He communicated with me on a very timely basis. The problem with my car was promptly identified and repaired. I am impressed with Fred Anderson Honda and with Lance Burns and the other employees I spoke with. I do have to add, however, that the chatbot "Julia", the first point of contact with the dealership, is a disaster. My concerns were quickly allayed, however, after I spoke with Lance.
Shocked at the charges on a new car getting an oil change. In addition, we had to wait two hours!
