I went to get an oil change done and was greeted and taken care of by Theodore Davis, and he was absolutely phenomenal. He informed me and answered every single question I had with so much patience and detail. He let me be aware of what my car needed, gave me tips (nobody else has done this for me) and was in every way amazing with his customer service. He made sure everything was good before I left, took me out to the car, and showed me how to do some things in car I didn’t even know I could do! He was awesome! I will definitely look for him next time I need anything else done to my car. I think it’s safe to say Theodore deserves a raise or something because of how GOOD he treats customers. I love it!

Feels likes every time there is a reason to get money from customers. Difficult to say when is true or false.Also, didn’t check that there is a plan that we are already paying for the general service

Missed one call from service advisor. Immediately called back and got no answer. Continued to try calling to speak to ANY service advisor fir the next several hours, but was never successful. I had to physically go to the dealership so that I could get an update on my vehicle.
