Eric was kind and polite. He listened to my concerns and did his best to communicate with the technician and then back to me. I appreciated his ability to communicate in a down to earth but professional manner.

As a senior citizen, where I choose to take my Honda for maintenance and repair comes down to trust. I choose the shop that has the best, most trust-worthy staff and mechanics. I appreciate the video of the mechanic explaining what needs to be done and the speedy completion of the work.
But the service manager, Eric Konopacke, is the face representing the service department. Eric is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and he always makes sure I know exactly what needs to be done for my car currently as well as in up-coming maintenance visits. I trust Eric and he gives me confidence that I’ve chosen the right auto shop to care for my cars.
I can’t say enough about the experience I had with Eric! He was outstanding! He answered every question I asked, was professional and was totally knowledgeable about every I needed serviced on my car.
I will request him for all visits in the future.
