Theodore made me feel very comfortable and able to trust the service your technicians provided.
Unfortunately,as I was leaving, a technician parked next to me with a vehicle that had been serviced,slammed the door into mine and damaged my passenger handle and door. I was assured this would be handled and I would receive a call from Theodore to schedule repair.
This as I was in my car preparing to leave.Theodore handled this as well as my concerns. Very well overall and I was impressed with his professionalism and honesty.
That being said, I was very disappointed to learn your dealership was aware of the oil leak I brought my car in for. The car was serviced in February by your dealership and an oil leak was found.I was shocked this was not disclosed to me nor was the vehicle inspected as promised by Jose before I purchased it. Even though I was told to return the following day because the car needed to be inspected before I took possession.
Ultimately it was not inspected per your records and had been leaking oil since at least February before I purchased it in April. I noticed the leak on my driveway which is why I brought it in. Along with the heat protector noisily dragging the ground and eventually falling off.
Apparently,so I was informed, the oil cap was loose, and the heat protector was not necessary. Even though a rather large piece of metal falling off of my car seems it may be important. After consideration,I would like thay piece to be reattached. Regardless of the service technician's opinion. It was obviously there for a reason.
I did receive a good deal on the vehicle. Which I was so very grateful for. My identical vehicle was totaled the month before by a reckless driver, so I was so thankful to find "my car" again. However, after being blatantly lied to about the inspection as well as being promised the missing paint and exposed metal in front of the sunroof would be primed and painted to appear nonexistent.Which is an additional reason I was told to return the following day.So the paint could dry along with the car going through your dealership's mandatory stringent inspection. I returned the next day at the time agreed upon.The "professional paint repair" promissed looked like a poor putty job done sloppily with a paint spatula. I was so excited to finally have my identical car back after 26 days since the reckless driver totaled my car while I was on my way to puxk my twin girls uo from college for spring break,I believed it was just drying and would settle looking as promised. When the thick white substance dried, it looked like a kid threw some play-doh on the spot amd missed some spots where metal is exposed.
Along with the additional lies about the car being inspected and not disclosing the serious issue of an oil leak,the shock hearing loud dragging then metal falling off of the bottom of my car, along with your technician damaging my door,I unfortunately cannot say I will recommend your dealership.
Theodore has been the only light in this long tunnel. I trust this will reach your General Manager who manages the entire dealership, preferably your Regional Manager.Whommever it takes to rectify this situation which seems to continously get worse. At the least, I hope to hear from your location's GM soon. I am disappointed and have lost enough sleep over a vehicle I thought was my miracle replacement after being in a serious accident and losing the identical automobile I cared for and mourned.

Brody did an amazing job explaining everything that was scheduled for maintenance on our 2024 CRV Hybrid and the out of pocket cost to us for each item. Brody kept us updated on the progress throughout the day as we had several items of service to be completed.
I will request him as a Service Advisor for future maintenance on my 2024 CRV as well as my 2025 Ridgeline.
