He was excellent. I live in Clinton, SC, so I had to drive about 50 minutes away. I will definitely come back to Fred Anderson Honda for any future service needs. Brody even sent me a text message asking if I made it home safely. Being an older woman and due to the rainy weather today, I really appreciated that.

Brody was undoubtedly the most pleasant and considerate individual that I have met at the dealership by far. Even when I was at the dealership in Greer. I was told that I would receive my extra key fob when I brought my GMC at Fred Anderson on Wade Hampton by the salesman. Then I read a printed statement in the finance office that I need to get it in writing. Sorry **** push to make a sale

2019 Pilot serviced for two recalls. No issue with the required repairs, but the Autostop/start issue resulted in a recommended battery replacement. We had replaced the battery less than three years ago due to a similar problem but there was no note in our history. If I did not have the written service record it would resulted in us replacing the nearly $400 battery again at our expense while the second battery was still under warranty. Eventually the battery was replaced as well as the starter.
