But it took nearly 10 minutes of me standing by my vehicle for a service rep to come talk to me, despite the fact that I had an appointment, and I could count 12 service reps standing around, with only one other customer (who arrived after me and was helped before me).
Alexandria was very professional and attentive to what my needs were concerning the car, while also being honest and direct.
Mariah was excellent, however other check in folk were servicing people who arrived 5 mins after I did. 15 mins before Mariah came to my car. I pointer this out to 2 other people plus Mariah.
Very helpful, professional attitude. The wait for the completion of service, at 3+ hours, was a bit long, however.

After all the delays and paying for a repair that should’ve been covered, the truck still has the same performance issue it had before. How on earth can you say you test drove it after the repair and didn’t notice the obvious problem? This is terrible service.
