Prompt, courteous service and follow up. Matthew explained the charges clearly. He was friendly but efficient and stuck to the reason I was there for service.
Before Fred Anderson the representative would inspect my car for the batttery, fluids etc. Also I would get an inspection report from the service tech if I needed brakes or they saw something that needs attention. This dis not happen.
As for the shuttle Harvey is a blessing. Very professional and does an amazing job for your company.
