I was really pleased with my experience with fred Anderson Honda!! From the moment I drove up and it was a total dif setup then I've ever seen????...Noah was very helpful from the start and helped me thru the whole process and even told me about a upcoming service for my brake fluid and my percentage on my brake pads till needing changed. The lobby was great, vending machines to coffee and tea. They had comfy chairs and nice tv's.

Service team. The Service Manager, Eric Konopacke, is friendly and professional. He keeps me informed of what needs to be maintained now and what work will need to be done in the future. The ease of making an appointment, the video of my car by the tech, being able to pay on-line before I pick up my vehicle….it all makes the process of maintenance and repair go smoothly. I trust Fred Anderson to keep my car. In good repair.
