This was my first time there, and wow, was I impressed! Mariah was so accommodating and courteous. The facilities were impressive! Everyone that my little girl and I ran into were so nice. The service was done very well and it didn’t take long at all. I’ve been to so many other dealerships where I was on time for my appointment, and they were always running behind, and my time there would take forever, spending hours there just for an oil change. At Fred Anderson Honda in Greenville, SC, they were on schedule, and it didn’t take long at all! It was a breath of fresh air seeing a dealership like that! I greatly appreciate them and have a new place for my vehicle needs!

My first visit to the dealership started out as an emergency and I had to have the car towed. My initial encounter with the call center was difficult to navigate for a variety of reasons including the fact that I’m new to Greenville and I don’t have other resources. Once my issue reached Eric’s desk, everything turned around. He was communicative and supportive all the way and went above and beyond to help me find a solution. I was ready to give up on Fred Anderson, Honda until I met Eric. Now I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you.

Poor communication between depts and I ended up wasting 1.5 hrs after the part being serviced was not in stock. We had scheduled this appt many days out so the part would be available. Complete service was said to have taken 1.5 hrs but it took that amount of time to tell me nothing had been done. That is embarrassing and awful service.
