Don’t send text messages out saying my vehicle is ready until it is actually ready. My wife arrived to pick the vehicle up and had to wait over a half hour before it was actually ready, this was over an hour and a half after the text was sent.
Phenomenal. Mariah was courteous, greeted me by name, reviewed the checklist of suggested services for my vehicle. She was pleasant, shared some fun anecdotes, and sincere.
I walked around the lot looking at new vehicles, which is in my plan, and Quinton Thomas answered all my questions, followed me around, but not tracking me in my face, but available, and I asked for his business card.
So far. I’m impressed.

Matthew was able to schedule my repair a month earlier than offered. He provided me with a rental car, he was very courteous and respectful of my time. I’m very appreciative!
Too long a wait. I have no issue with it the quality of work or the customer service advisor. Noah is a professional .

Mr Davls was very pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable. The service was completed at almost the exact time that he said it would be. The service was to address two recalls and I was very satisfied.
Noah did good. It was not his fault. I sent another feedback on a previous survey about my bad experience. Second time having issues with your dealer. They resolve the issue. But there should not be these kind of issues. And again, second time. The first time I took my Honda civic for repair and they forgot about me. Somebody came to pick me up at work around 6pm after I called to complaint. And the car was not even ready and misdiagnosed. Now I am stock because I paid for a maintenance service warranty and I have not other option than keep returning. I wish you can give me my $973 back. Respectfully. Fermin
Eric takes the time to answer all of the many questions I have about my car. And all in a simple patient way that I can understand. I'll definitely request him any time my car needs service!

The driver side mirror that was replaced today does not match the size of the passenger mirror. I am guessing that it is due to a newer model ordered. Not a big deal. The work is solidly done, it took an hour and a half instead of an hour. Everybody is always really friendly. I'll likely be back for something else! Thanks.
