Only concern I have is that the porters who are taking the cars to be repaired need to slo down and be more careful. A young girl drove my car out when the lift door opened and then tried to back up in the building causing the lift door to strike my back window. This could have been a bad outcome. Luckily there was no damage to the car and the young lady was not hurt. Safety first before service.
Everything was very nice. But my only gripe was that I couldn’t just get an oil change without getting the tire rotation. Lifetime oil but mandatory rotation otherwise it’s $70+ for the oil change if you exempt out. But other than that good service.
Eric was super helpful and friendly! He went over every detail and was very knowledgeable. He even gave me his contact info and said if I ever needed help with my car to reach out to him, he went above and beyond. You’ve got some great people working at this location!
