Brody was very personable and helpful. My dissatisfaction was regarding the service on my car. My fuel pump was replaced and not connected or placed back properly resulting in my fuel gage to stop functioning properly. I had to return to the dealership again the following Saturday to have the issue resolved which took away a day of my time because I was without my car and had to wait on it all day to be fixed. Again, not at all dissatisfied with Brody, just with having spent 2 Saturdays without my vehicle is frustrating when the service would’ve been checked correctly initially.

Keith was great and very attentive. Made sure we were in and out within a reasonable time even with us repairing a recall. He also explained some services that I am needed done and where to go (Fred Anderson Collision Center) Great attitude and will be looking forward to working with him in the future!

I made multiple attempts to return the service writers phone call but wound up with a remote call center. There should be an on-site person to answer the phone.
