Brian was very professional, friendly and courteous. He even thanked me for my patience. Yes, I was there for 2 1/2 hours, whoever, I knew it may take a while because I was not only having my first complimentary service, but I also had them check the 2 recalls on my new Honda Pilot which he informed me that it may take about 2 hours; it depended on the computer, but I agreed to wait. But I did appreciate him letting me know! The service I got today was much better than when I purchased the car in May of last year! That was total nightmare. Unfortunately, I will never purchase from Fred Anderson again! Please thank Brian, for making my service experience today a good one!
