I was very happy with the way I was treated while at the service department for the recalls on my Honda Pilot. It was nice not to be harassed by a salesman wanting to buy my vehicle as I was at a different dealership years ago with another Honda I ownedThe waiting area as very nice and inviting.

I made a appointment at 3:30 expecting that I will be done maybe a hour or a hour and half, but it took two and half hours (close to three hours), and I was the last one to leave the place. What is the point of an appointment if im not getting priority from “walk-in” customers. Unless it just actually took two and half hours to work on my car. Also, I walked in and I had no idea where to go. There were workers that were talking amongst eachother. The guy that helper me was awesome though!
