My wife, and I, were very comfortable with Eric. He was having an issue with his computer and was very apologetic about it. We are retired, so it wasn’t an issue with us, but Eric was concerned we had to wait. This was the first time our tire rotation ,and oil change were done in record time. My first impression is, I’ll must likely continue to do business here. When my lease is up, Fred Anderson will be on my shopping list.

No communication on when car was completed. No communication on valve cap leaking. I had to call the dealership to see if my car was ready. Longer wait time. Overall poor communication.
