I ran into a terrible traffic jamb which made me miss my appointment time. When we got to the service shop A was able to squeeze me in and get the recall fixed. I was very pleased with being treated like I was someone special. This kept me from having to reschedule the service.

Alexander is an absolutely fantastic service representative. I have had the pleasure of working with him the last few times I have brought my Honda in for service. He is patient, knowledgeable, and always gives great customer service. Since I have purchased my Honda from Fred Anderson - I have nothing but great things to say about the dealership and it's service department.
I’ve never been to FA Honda for service before so I did not know what to do. I wasn’t initially greeted and it wasn’t clear to me how to get my service started. So I hung around my car until Alejandro approached and got the ball rolling. He was fantastic explaining everything I needed to know. And after answering all my questions perfectly..very satisfied.
Just as a newbie to all this I wish there was more info on my reservation as to what to do when I arrive(ie stay in or by car or go to service counter or pull into any bay) but I got it now!
